A technology enterprise integrating the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and application of ceramic fiber products (including equipment).
Ceramic fiber cotton
◎ Ordinary ceramic fiber blow‑in cotton is produced by electrically melting coal gangue and employing a blow‑in fiber‑forming process. ◎ Standard ceramic fiber spun cotton is produced by electrically melting coal gangue and using a spinning‑fiber process. ◎ Ceramic fiber spun cotton is manufactured by electrically melting an alumina–silica mixture and applying a spinning‑fiber process.
→Ceramic fiber blanket
◎ Ceramic fiber blankets are produced continuously and, after needle-punching, feature uniformly interwoven fibers with high tensile strength, containing no binders. ◎ Needle-punched blankets of varying bulk densities and thicknesses offer users a wide range of material options to achieve optimal insulation performance and cost-effectiveness. ◎ Ceramic fiber blankets exhibit excellent resistance to chemical attack (except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis such as Na2O and K2O). ◎ The performance of ceramic fiber blankets is unaffected by oil exposure; their thermal and physical properties can be fully restored upon drying.
→Ceramic fiber wet-laid felt
Ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is manufactured using ceramic fiber wool produced by the resistance‑fused blow‑spinning process, and is shaped via a vacuum‑forming technique. ◎This ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material, composed of high‑purity refractory oxides combined with an organic binder. ◎In addition to inheriting the excellent properties of its loose‑fill counterpart, this product also exhibits superior strength and elasticity, making it a versatile material. It is suitable for expansion joints in furnace and boiler linings as well as for high‑temperature gaskets. When used as a gasket, its outstanding resistance to molten metal penetration makes it ideal for sealing ingot ladle bottoms, plug‑rod core gaskets, and aluminum billet casting gaskets.
→Ceramic fiber board
Standard ceramic fiber boards are manufactured on an advanced, continuous-flow production line that employs state-of-the-art processing technologies.
→Ceramic Fiber Composite Insulation Board
Ceramic Fiber Composite Insulation Board
The company’s newly developed ceramic fiber composite insulation panel employs high-performance aerogel insulation material and functional materials with thermal shielding properties, combined with binders and various inorganic components. Reinforced with high‑temperature‑resistant ceramic fibers, it is manufactured using a specialized process. This insulation material features an ultrafine nanoporous structure that significantly reduces solid‑state heat conduction, while its dense network of nanoscale pores effectively suppresses convective heat transfer by gas molecules. Coupled with the absorption and reflection of thermal radiation by the functional additives, the material achieves a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.030 W/m·K at 600°C—2 to 10 times lower than that of commonly used insulation materials today.
→Calcium silicate board
High-temperature calcium silicate insulation products exhibit excellent properties, including superior heat resistance, outstanding thermal insulation performance, low bulk density, high specific strength, excellent durability, and ease of installation. They are widely used in energy-saving insulation applications for industrial kilns.
→Glass fiber needle-punched felt
Glass fiber needle-punched felt
Glass fiber needle-punched felt is produced by cutting long glass fibers into specified lengths, followed by fiber splitting, flocking, and needle-punching processes, resulting in a high‑grade, felt‑like material used for air purification, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and heat preservation. It is a non‑toxic, harmless inorganic material that, unlike traditional glass wool or asbestos products, contains no binders and emits no odors—meaning it neither burns nor produces any smoke. Its unique flexibility facilitates easy trimming and cutting, while posing minimal risk of poisoning or allergic reactions to workers. As such, it stands out as a distinctive, eco‑friendly innovation among existing thermal insulation and sound‑absorbing materials.
→Energy-saving high-silica fabric
Energy-saving high-silica fabric
It boasts advantages such as light weight, a soft, silk-like texture, high-temperature resistance, excellent insulation properties, a low thermal conductivity, superior heat‑retention performance, corrosion resistance, non‑toxicity, and the absence of asbestos, while also exhibiting outstanding environmental friendliness.
→High-temperature anchor fastener
High-temperature anchor fastener
● Anchors are structural components that connect and secure lightweight refractory materials—such as ceramic fibers, lightweight insulating bricks, and amorphous refractories—to the metal wall panels of a kiln. ● Depending on the industrial kiln’s structure, furnace temperature, and ambient atmosphere, anchors of different designs and materials should be selected. ● Classification: Anchors used for refractory materials operating within the 1050°C to 1400°C temperature range.

People-oriented, quality-driven enterprise development, pursuit of excellence and innovation, leading the way in catching up and surpassing.
Ceramic fiber is a fibrous, lightweight refractory material that boasts numerous advantages, including light weight, high-temperature resistance, excellent thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, low specific heat, and resistance to mechanical vibration. Consequently, it has found widespread application across industries such as machinery, metallurgy, chemical processing, petroleum, ceramics, glass, and electronics. In recent years, driven by the continuous rise in global energy prices, energy conservation has become a national strategic priority in China. Against this backdrop, ceramic fiber—capable of delivering energy savings of 10–30% compared with traditional refractories like insulating bricks and castables—has seen increasingly broad adoption within the Chinese market, with very promising prospects for future development.
Chemical fibers are fibers with textile properties that are produced from natural or synthetically derived polymeric compounds through processes such as the preparation of spinning dope, spinning, and post‑processing.
