  • Product Description:
◎ The ceramic fiber panels and fire barriers are manufactured from ceramic fibers using a vacuum‑forming process. The development of this product aims to produce rigid, self‑supporting panels with excellent high‑temperature performance.
◎ Ceramic fiber boards and fire‑stop panels exhibit higher strength than fiber blankets and vacuum‑formed felts, making them suitable for applications that demand rigid structural integrity. Additionally, depending on specific requirements, higher‑density vacuum‑formed ceramic fiber boards are available, offering further improvements in thermal insulation, wear resistance, and mechanical strength.
◎ High-purity ceramic fiber fire barriers are suitable for most applications with a maximum operating temperature of 1260°C, and their unique formulation enhances performance in environments exceeding 1000°C.
◎ The ceramic fiber fire‑blocking panel is a high‑strength fiberboard manufactured using specialized refractory additives. This product boasts exceptional toughness and high compressive strength, along with superior high‑temperature resistance and excellent structural support; it serves as an outstanding refractory material for fire‑blocking and thermal insulation in the temperature zones of industrial kilns.
◎ The formulation of the ceramic fiber board and the firestop board includes a small amount of organic binder to enhance their cold‑state strength; during the first firing at approximately 200 to 300°C, the organic components are completely burned off.

Ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is manufactured using ceramic fiber wool produced by the resistance‑fused blow‑spinning process, and is shaped via a vacuum‑forming technique. ◎This ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material, composed of high‑purity refractory oxides combined with an organic binder. ◎In addition to inheriting the excellent properties of its loose‑fill counterpart, this product also exhibits superior strength and elasticity, making it a versatile material. It is suitable for expansion joints in furnace and boiler linings as well as for high‑temperature gaskets. When used as a gasket, its outstanding resistance to molten metal penetration makes it ideal for sealing ingot ladle bottoms, plug‑rod core gaskets, and aluminum billet casting gaskets.
