  • Product Description:
◎ Ceramic fiber shaped components are manufactured using high‑quality ceramic fiber wool as the raw material and a vacuum forming process. The development of this product aims to produce rigid, self‑supporting shaped parts with excellent high‑temperature performance.
◎ Ceramic fiber shaped components are custom‑made to meet the specific requirements of particular production processes in various industrial sectors. Each component is manufactured using a dedicated mold tailored to its shape and dimensions, and, depending on its performance specifications, appropriate binders and additives are selected to ensure compliance with operational demands.
◎ All shaped products exhibit low shrinkage within their service temperature range, while maintaining excellent thermal insulation, lightweight properties, and impact resistance.
◎Unheated materials are easily cut or machined. During use, the product exhibits excellent wear and spalling resistance and is not wetted by most molten metals.
◎ Shape and Supply: Vacuum‑formed custom‑shaped products are available in a wide range of sizes and configurations, including tubular, conical, domed, and square‑box forms. Most custom‑shaped parts can be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements; additionally, certain specialized components may be stocked for immediate delivery, such as cast‑in caps and sleeves for the nonferrous metals industry, or vacuum‑formed flame‑viewing ports used in the petrochemical sector.
◎General Properties: The physical and thermal properties of various custom‑shaped products are generally similar to those of vacuum‑formed sheets of the corresponding grade.
◎ Special Treatment: If required, a vacuum‑formed hardening agent or refractory clay may be applied to profiled parts to provide a protective coating.

◎ Ceramic fiber blankets are produced continuously and, after needle-punching, feature uniformly interwoven fibers with high tensile strength, containing no binders. ◎ Needle-punched blankets of varying bulk densities and thicknesses offer users a wide range of material options to achieve optimal insulation performance and cost-effectiveness. ◎ Ceramic fiber blankets exhibit excellent resistance to chemical attack (except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis such as Na2O and K2O). ◎ The performance of ceramic fiber blankets is unaffected by oil exposure; their thermal and physical properties can be fully restored upon drying.

Ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is manufactured using ceramic fiber wool produced by the resistance‑fused blow‑spinning process, and is shaped via a vacuum‑forming technique. ◎This ceramic fiber vacuum‑formed wet‑laid felt is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material, composed of high‑purity refractory oxides combined with an organic binder. ◎In addition to inheriting the excellent properties of its loose‑fill counterpart, this product also exhibits superior strength and elasticity, making it a versatile material. It is suitable for expansion joints in furnace and boiler linings as well as for high‑temperature gaskets. When used as a gasket, its outstanding resistance to molten metal penetration makes it ideal for sealing ingot ladle bottoms, plug‑rod core gaskets, and aluminum billet casting gaskets.
