◎The strength of ceramic fiber machine-made board and fire baffle is higher than that of fiber blanket and vacuum forming felt, which is suitable for application fields that have rigid strength requirements for products. In addition, according to application requirements, there are vacuum-formed ceramic fiber board products with higher bulk density, and the thermal insulation performance, wear resistance and strength of the board are further improved.
◎High-purity ceramic fiber fire baffle is suitable for most application environments with a maximum temperature of 1260°C, and its unique formula enhances its performance in an environment greater than 1000°C.
◎Ceramic fiber fire baffle is a high-strength fiber board produced with specific refractory additives. This product has tough texture, high compressive strength, excellent high temperature resistance and excellent supporting force; it can be used as an excellent refractory material for fire protection and heat insulation in the temperature range of industrial kilns.
◎The formula of ceramic fiber machine-made board and fire baffle contains a small amount of organic binder to enhance its cold strength, and the organic matter can be burned out when it is first fired at about 200 to 300 °C.
