Ceramic fiber vacuum forming wet-laid felt is made of ceramic fiber cotton produced by resistance melting blowing process as raw material, and is made by vacuum forming process. ◎Ceramic fiber vacuum forming wet-laid felt product is a lightweight and flexible refractory fiber insulation material, which is composed of high-purity refractory oxide and organic binder. ◎Ceramic fiber vacuum forming wet-laid felt has good strength and elasticity in addition to the excellent properties corresponding to bulk ceramic fiber cotton. It is a multi-functional product. It can be used for expansion joints and high temperature gaskets in kiln and boiler walls. When used as a gasket, its good resistance to molten metal penetration is suitable for ingot bottom seals, plug core gaskets, and aluminum billet cast gaskets.
